He is a results-oriented executive with deep expertise in digital transformation, AI/ML adoption, enterprise modernization, M&A integrations, and operational acceleration. Michael has led more than 50 acquisitions worth over $5B in enterprise value, building frameworks and operating models that align technology, data, and business strategy to deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, and enterprise value creation.
Before founding Vexital, Michael held senior executive roles including CIO of Tennant, SVP & CIO / Global Head of Product Development at Deluxe Corporation, SVP, Technology & Enterprise Programs at UnitedHealth Group, and Global Director, Technology & Operations at Merrill Lynch, leading multi-thousand-person organizations with budgets exceeding $1B in annual spend.
Michael has also provided fractional CIO/CTO/CISO leadership and board advisory services for private equity firms and portfolio companies, developing proprietary frameworks like DOSE (Digital Operating System for Executives) and QoX.T (Quality of Technology) to drive transformation and increase enterprise value.
